About the role

  • Customer Support Representative assisting German-speaking customers in Amsterdam and supporting users across Europe in English. Join BUX's customer service team in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our users and ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone—efficiently and with high quality.
  • Stay up to date on developments at BUX and our diverse product offering.
  • Assist new users with onboarding in the app to ensure a smooth start.
  • Collect and report user feedback to the organization.
  • Work closely with all parts of the company to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
  • Produce translations and content to provide customers with the best possible information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and actively implement those improvements.
  • Help maintain an accurate Knowledge Base within the support team.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English are required.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or in support.
  • Interest in the financial markets and investing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build genuine connections with our users.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, with a willingness to support the team where needed.
  • Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
