Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with our users and ensure a first-class customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone—efficiently and with high quality.
Stay up to date on developments at BUX and our diverse product offering.
Assist new users with onboarding in the app to ensure a smooth start.
Collect and report user feedback to the organization.
Work closely with all parts of the company to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
Produce translations and content to provide customers with the best possible information.
Identify opportunities to improve our processes and actively implement those improvements.
Help maintain an accurate Knowledge Base within the support team.
Requirements
Fluent German and English are required.
Experience in a customer-facing role or in support.
Interest in the financial markets and investing.
Exceptional communication skills to build genuine connections with our users.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, with a willingness to support the team where needed.
Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
