User Acquisition Specialist responsible for growing Headway Inc by scaling campaigns on Meta. Collaborating with teams and driving user growth through data analysis and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
Scale user acquisition through Meta Ads.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to design new funnels and run product experiments.
Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make decisions grounded in data-driven insights.
Improve funnel conversions (CRO) in partnership with the Product Marketing Team.
Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize growth.
Work closely with Creative Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive new user growth.
Build and maintain automations and scripts to streamline campaign management and optimization.
Requirements
Have ~1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast.
Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions and uncover causal relationships.
Understand the basics of marketing and how paid traffic works.
Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.
Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).
Communicate confidently in English (B2).
