About the role

  • Gebietsleiter im Außendienst betreut Kund:innen in Schleswig-Holstein und entwickelt Vertriebskonzepte bei Gerolsteiner, einem Mineralwasserunternehmen mit über 130 Jahren Geschichte.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct and indirect customers across sales channels in Schleswig-Holstein
  • Develop and implement sales concepts for prioritized distribution channels
  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts
  • Launch new products and expand product ranges
  • Conduct market development and analysis
  • Build customer contacts and business relationships
  • Carry out on-site promotions and represent the brand at events

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
  • Several years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
  • Basic practical knowledge of SAP
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
  • High social competence, sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Independent working style with assertiveness and negotiation skills
