Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US East region.
Set and achieve revenue and growth targets, as well as other key performance indicators.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.
Identify and explore new market segments and expansion opportunities within the region.
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively more senior sales leadership roles
Extensive experience in business to business (B2B) sales, preferably in the AI Technology/Software, Software as a Service (SaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), or related industry
Strong understanding of the US East region market dynamics
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key customers and partners
