Responsibilities
Coordination of defined key accounts and strategic partners within the vendor management area to ensure efficient processes
Strategic planning and prioritization of team tasks to achieve project objectives
Promoting the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring
Acting as the escalation point for the team on complex issues and decision-making
Monitoring adherence to deadlines and quality standards across all team activities
Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with manufacturers
Executing go-to-market activities
Close collaboration with other departments to align goals and resources
Responsible for the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
Developing and delivering training programs to ensure the team is informed about current market and security requirements.
Requirements
University degree or completed commercial/business qualification
Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of IT vendors/manufacturers, ideally in the cybersecurity field
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Structured working style
Self-motivated and autonomous work approach
Strong project management skills with a high degree of responsibility and flexibility
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (verbal and written)
Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Confident negotiating presence and strong team orientation
Flexibility for significant travel
Experience leading a team and fostering teamwork to ensure high service quality and achievement of targets.
