Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, connect them with Genesys solutions, and close sales
  • Work with partners, peers, and colleagues to enhance sales capabilities
  • Develop new opportunities with support from Marketing
  • Build strong relationships within prospect and customer accounts
  • Help partners and customers maximize their ROI with Genesys

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Cloud Sales experience with proven success
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Turkish and English
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in complex, consultative sales
  • Effective communication with all levels within partner/customer organizations
