Responsibilities
Advise customers on products and services
Assist customers in resolving issues
Conduct sales calls and perform cross-selling
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful communication
Record and document customer information and inquiries in a CRM system or database
Prepare reports on call volume, customer feedback and other relevant metrics
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a Dialog Marketing Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Dialogmarketing) or an equivalent commercial qualification
Knowledge and experience in customer service
Ability to sell with a customer-oriented approach and to quickly and effectively identify solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, de-escalating manner even in challenging customer interactions
Ability to work independently and in a structured way
