Responsibilities
Commercial and technical management of commercial and residential properties
Conduct lease negotiations from active tenant acquisition through contract signing
Proactive property management: identifying and realizing optimization opportunities and negotiating contract amendments
Independent receivables management based on centrally generated dunning procedures (RELion)
Preparation of property analyses/reports, leasing and optimization strategies, and reporting/statistics
Preparing budgets and reports, including monitoring and optimizing budgeted figures
Managing and overseeing external service providers to ensure optimal property operations
Handling insurance claims in coordination with Technical Property Management
Validating service charge statements and processing disputes
Monitoring and inspecting building and system conditions, including action and budget planning using our systems (RELion, MS365)
Requirements
Professional experience in commercial and/or technical property management / building operations
Vocational training, degree, or further education in real estate, engineering, or trades
Further qualifications in real estate management or real estate economics are a plus
Strong service orientation, motivation, and passion for the real estate industry
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Willingness to travel (20%–60% depending on projects) and possession of a valid driver’s license
