About the role

  • Regional Manager II leading a team of General Managers for high-rise communities in Los Angeles. Driving operational excellence and client retention through effective management and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of General Managers
  • Drive changes to unlock scale and efficiency
  • Ensure flawless execution of operations by visiting locations
  • Coach leadership teams using performance data
  • Drive operational improvements and identify challenges
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent
  • Conduct performance reviews and competency discussions
  • Manage at least ten General Managers
  • Develop relationships with client board members
  • Act as intermediary for complaints from owners/residents
  • Manage accounts until sufficient business volume is reached

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience. HOA high rise experience is preferred.
  • CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within first 6 months.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and resident relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
  • Skilled at developing and executing plans to achieve community objectives.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, audits, reserve studies, and financial reporting.
