Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of General Managers
Drive changes to unlock scale and efficiency
Ensure flawless execution of operations by visiting locations
Coach leadership teams using performance data
Drive operational improvements and identify challenges
Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent
Conduct performance reviews and competency discussions
Manage at least ten General Managers
Develop relationships with client board members
Act as intermediary for complaints from owners/residents
Manage accounts until sufficient business volume is reached
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of property management experience. HOA high rise experience is preferred.
CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within first 6 months.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain client and resident relationships.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
Skilled at developing and executing plans to achieve community objectives.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, audits, reserve studies, and financial reporting.
