Execute both CSA and T&M contract to fulfill customer SV needs.
Assist in sales campaigns for services contract restructuring
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts

Lead shop COM team in the SV fulfillment and drive shop performance.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years working experience in aviation industry is required with at least 3 years in customer services or sales, preferably with airlines customer.
Bachelor's degree or above from accredited university is required.
Aerospace related degree is desired
Knowledge or experience on MRO shop operation is highly desired
Proficiency in English and Mandarin for both written and oral communication.
