About the role

  • Multi-disciplined Program Management Supervisor covering management and delivery of Ford Bronco products.
  • This position interfaces with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Hardware and Software Integration, Marketing, Manufacturing, New Model Programs, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Capacity Planning.
  • Responsibilities span across model years and include leading deliverables associated with one of the program management disciplines: program control, program planning, and studio. Role for this position will be defined based on candidate skills and experience amongst these disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field of study
  • Strong knowledge of Ford product development processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and general program management familiarity: Project timing and planning to meet business objectives, critical thinking, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment – be a Self-Starter
  • Resiliency, as the position works regularly with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and desire to be a people leader and deliver the Ford Performance+ behaviors
  • Ability to drive and consolidate cross-functional input to deliver issues to closure
  • Ability to work with senior levels of management across multiple organizations of the company
  • Willingness to be part of a dynamic global team that cares for each other and has fun
  • Previous D&R or Technical Experience
  • MBA degree
  • Experience in Program Management, Program Delivery and/or Program Launch
  • Knowledge of PDL, OPTEX & WERS systems
