Allocate and manage resources across projects, working with functional leads and support teams to ensure optimal utilisation.
Monitor and control programme budgets, tracking expenditure and forecasting financial needs.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the programme, supporting project teams with effective risk strategies.
Collaborate with the Project Support Manager to track progress and performance, reporting on milestones, deliverables, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Provide leadership and guidance to Change & Excellence Managers and Change Leaders, promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Extensive experience in business-led change and process transformation, ideally within large-scale, multi-disciplinary programmes.
Exposure to Insurance, Reinsurance, or broader Financial Services, with an understanding of the complexities these sectors bring.
Global programme experience, with the ability to operate in complex, matrixed organisations.
Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks, adapting plans as needed to stay on track.
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to apply them appropriately.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
Experience in resource planning and team development, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet programme needs.
