About the role

  • Support the development, launch, monitoring, and future enhancement initiatives of Treasury Management and Commercial Payments products and programs.
  • Key stakeholder in product suite development and oversight.
  • Act as a business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal meetings.
  • Oversee reporting and adherence to KPI’s.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis for product development planning.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in operational and product workflows and program development for Treasury Management and/or Commercial Payment products.
  • Strong expertise in relevant commercial banking products including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Sweep Accounts, Business Zelle, Merchant Services.
  • Expertise in member/client treasury management sales, onboarding, and support activities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries.
  • Expertise in project management, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (desired).
  • Knowledge of relevant systems, software, and regulatory requirements (desired).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience (desired).
