About the role

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for digital technology initiatives supporting warehousing, shipment tracking, tooling, remanufacturing, and global training platforms
  • Collaborate with solution teams—including Salesforce, RACES, Maximo, and others—to align roadmaps, integrate systems, and ensure technology solutions meet PTT strategic objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Digital Technology (DT), and solution providers to gather requirements, monitor program progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adoption of digital tools
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver within timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to promote user-centric design and adoption
  • Support change management and training to embed digital capabilities globally
  • Maintain governance frameworks ensuring security, data integrity, and system stability
  • Identify AI and machine learning use cases, lead pilot projects, and oversee deployment to improve operational processes and decision support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership or data-centric role
  • Oracle ERP experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set clear objectives, and monitor performance metrics to achieve operational excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Prior Wind energy experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying enterprise-grade solutions in a production environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget management
  • Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
