Responsibilities
- Lead Mission critical programs for the UK across Tax and Payroll products
- Define and drive overall execution strategy for multiple programs
- Identify bottlenecks, simplify technical dependencies, and streamline execution plans
- Work directly with Product and Engineering to finalize technical designs and define execution plans
- Manage detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Facilitate technical discussions and drive decisions on architecture for programs
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex technical programs.
- Deep knowledge and experience driving software delivery programs, in a highly matrixed, global environment; preferably in small business systems or FinTech domain.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive clarity in ambiguity.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
