- Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with operations stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles, developing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand product architectures and dependencies to support informed discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management.
- 5+ years working closely with technology teams, ideally in healthcare or product-related environments.
- Proven success in launching new products with engineering and product teams.
- Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks.
- Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and using technical tools.
- Ability to interpret system architectures and dependencies across platforms, software, and data science.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
