Responsibilities

  • Receive calls from customers on behalf of NYCTA’s Paratransit Services Team
  • Assist qualified customers with disabilities using the Access-a-Ride program
  • Process reservation requests and provide travel assistance services
  • Follow approved policies and processes during customer interactions
  • Meet performance and quality goals

Requirements

  • Ability to manage calls in a high-volume reservations and customer care call center environment
  • Experience assisting customers with disabilities
  • Understanding of approved policies and processes for services
  • Skill in following client expectations and quality goals
