About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads for GBG, driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities. Collaborating with Business Development Directors and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.
  • Build a strong understanding of key industry sectors and articulate how solutions deliver value to each market.
  • Plan, execute, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales campaigns to drive pipeline activity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed activity metrics and sales development targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the New Business Sales team to support sector specific outreach campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Development Representative role or a similar sales focused background.
  • Demonstrated success working in a target-driven, performance-oriented sales setting.
  • Familiarity with technology based products or SaaS solutions is advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player with experience contributing to the development of sales and marketing propositions.
  • Highly detail oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and commercial acumen to present compelling value propositions.
