Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels, in line with the overall strategy set by the Growth Marketing Director.
Manage campaign delivery, optimizations, and pacing to ensure alignment with performance goals and budgets.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with database growth, segmentation, and eCRM campaigns as needed.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, data and dev teams to ensure campaign assets and tracking are in place for accurate reporting.
Support forecasting and budget tracking for paid media activity.
Supervise and guide a Junior Paid Media Specialist or support team member in campaign setup, creative uploads, and delivery management.
Contribute to testing frameworks and ensure best practices are followed across all campaigns.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other key channels.
Proven experience in performance marketing, managing campaigns to specific KPIs and budgets.
Strong analytical and optimization skills, with proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Experience in iGaming affiliate marketing is a must.
Familiarity with eCRM platforms and customer database marketing is good to have.
Understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization principles.
Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior marketing team members.
