Responsibilities

Explaining participation terms – You communicate important information clearly and professionally, including contractual documents.
Lead management – You document all conversations in the CRM system and maintain an organized overview.
Follow-up – You follow up with prospects to ensure a high attendance rate.
Requirements
Strong communication skills – You enjoy talking to people and are persuasive with clear language.
Phone affinity – Handling many calls per day is not a problem for you; it motivates you.
Experience is a plus – Background in customer service, recruiting, or sales—any phone-related experience is helpful.
