Professional, personal consultation for customers and IBC end users
Advising on all requirements for the return of emptied containers as part of the SCHÜTZ TICKET service
Developing and maintaining IBC returners in postal code areas 3, 4 and 5
Presenting the company directly at customer sites or at our headquarters in Selters
Preparing incentive offers for potential returners
Actively prospecting and identifying new business relationships and acquiring new return partners and customers for packaging returns
Independently planning and coordinating customer visit appointments and cycles
Preparing market analyses and conducting continuous market monitoring
Monitoring calculation and billing systems, KPIs, and providing regular reports on completed visits and market changes
Compiling comprehensive overviews of business development, including new customers, lost customers and potentials
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, several years of professional experience, a degree in business administration or comparable further training
Experience with logistics processes and in direct customer support
Technical understanding for complex/product solutions that require explanation
Confident use of MS Office programs and CRM systems
Self-responsible, independent and team-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills as well as negotiation and sales aptitude
