Responsibilities
Managing correspondence, appointment and business travel arrangements, and filing for department management
Providing support and administrative assistance to the department's staff
Assisting with the organization of events, workshops, and seminars with international participants
Room management at the site, cash handling, office supplies management, and administrative processing related to the operation of the guest house
Requirements
Vocational training as a foreign language assistant or as an office management clerk, or an equivalent qualification
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Confident user of standard MS Office applications
Relevant professional experience in office organization and team assistance
Experience in an international work environment or a research setting is an advantage
