About the role
- Sales Engineer acquiring new clients and providing security technology solutions. Engaging with customers and managing projects while collaborating with internal teams for technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for systematically acquiring new customers and opening up new market segments
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders/RFPs
- Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions in PSIM, video, access control (Zuko), intrusion detection systems (EMA), perimeter protection and security IT networks
- Presenting our service and product portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Tracking inquiries and proposals and drafting contracts
- Participating in project planning and implementation into technical solutions
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training or university degree
- Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
- Experience in technical solution or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Technical knowledge of network technologies and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team player mentality and a confident, customer-oriented manner
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
