Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment strategy for executive, experienced professionals and student hires
Develop and implement proactive strategies to attract top talent across various channels
Lead and innovate the campus recruitment strategy
Ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Leverage and optimize recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
Collaborate with vendor partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Create and deliver regular reports that provide insights into the progress of recruitment activities
Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive talent attraction experience
Proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment
Strong understanding of recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
