About the role

  • Research Manager leading qualitative research projects for FMCG clients. Working with varied methodologies to drive impactful business insights through understanding consumer motivations and behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-quality research projects that impact top-tier clients in the FMCG team.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client objectives and drive business impact.
  • Participate in online communities, ethnography, focus groups, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in FMCG, brands, innovation and cultural trends.
  • Experience in managing research projects and client relationships.
  • Experience working across projects involving workshops and co-creation.
  • Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies.
  • Proficient in analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of core AI and machine learning concepts in research, such as predictive modelling and sentiment analysis.
  • Experience in AI qual i.e. modbots, would be ideal
