About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing advertising and sponsorship campaigns for Front Office Sports. Seeking passionate candidates based in New York City area to thrive in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Marketing & Strategy teams during the pre-sale process to develop comprehensive media plans based on a deep understanding of the client's business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of sold campaigns, serving as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Own the internal workflow of client campaigns by setting up cross-functional teams, creating and managing timelines, and ensuring clarity around roles and client deliverables.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of sold campaigns, acting as the main point of contact and providing frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver foundational elements and documents in support of each campaign, including master status reports, asset trackers, deliverable trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Lead in the activation and trafficking of turnkey media assets across each client campaign, inclusive of Newsletter, Display, and Audio.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership Marketing team on campaign activation, production, and optimizations.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance of media and content consistently, pulling metrics multiple times per week to ensure delivery is met and/or optimizations are made.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners through clear communication, timely reporting, and thoughtful strategic support.
  • Share actionable insights & recommendations to support the client’s strategy and drive incremental revenue alongside the Brand Partnerships team.
  • Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or a client-facing marketing role, preferably in sports.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., display, newsletter, social, video, podcast).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong familiarity with and experience building media plans, packaging strategy and yield/inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, cross-functional communication and collaboration, trafficking, measurement, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, media metrics, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to the media plan and/or Insertion Order (IO)
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first, service mentality.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Excel, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
