About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for generating outbound leads in the DACH market for Frontify's branding platform. Collaborating with the sales team to enhance brand management.

Responsibilities

  • You'll generate qualified leads within new accounts, driving growth in the sales pipeline.
  • You'll strategically prospect enterprise clients through personalized cold calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns.
  • You'll collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop high-potential opportunities.
  • You’ll proactively anticipate objections and position tailored solutions to drive qualified prospects into the sales cycle.
  • You'll manage a high volume of target accounts with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • You’ll synthesize complex information and make it digestible and relevant for executive buyers.
  • You'll research and understand various lines of business, buyer personas, and their priorities.
  • You’ll receive structured onboarding, enablement support, and ramping protection to ensure you’re set up for success as you grow into the role.

Requirements

  • You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St Gallen office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
  • You're a SaaS enthusiast and you're eager to grow and make an impact in an exciting sales opportunity.
  • You're proactive and methodical in your work.
  • Your talents include strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), resilience and perseverance, active listening and empathy, confidence and ownership, persuasion and negotiation, and the ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
  • Your friends would describe you as honest, driven, and proactive.
  • You speak English and German proficiently.
