About the role

  • Trade Marketing Associate Manager executing and supporting trade marketing initiatives for US Hispanic & Caribbean markets. Managing strategy and performance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute shopper and trade marketing initiatives by implementing channel and customer activation plans
  • Support the development of trade plans including promotions, displays, visibility and POS materials
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Finance and external partners
  • Track Sell Out performance and activation KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure executional excellence by monitoring compliance and providing feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support or Commercial Roles
  • Experience in CPG/FMCG and other commercial areas strongly preferred
  • Exposure to sell-out analysis, promotions, and in-store activation
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
