About the role

  • Sales Development Representative focusing on cold calling in hybrid role at tech recruitment firm. Engaging directly with businesses to generate qualified leads and set appointments.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively contact companies by phone (cold calling is your main focus)
  • You speak with decision-makers and schedule qualified appointments
  • You work closely with the sales team and lay the foundation for deals
  • You qualify leads and identify real opportunities
  • You collaborate with the team to develop approaches to generate even more appointments

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience in telephone cold calling (more is welcome; if you have less but the right mentality, please still apply)
  • You communicate clearly, directly, and on equal terms
  • Very good German (C1+) and solid English
  • Experience in SaaS sales (bonus, not required)
  • Experience in a startup environment (bonus, not required)
