Senior Sales Manager driving new advertising revenue for Digital Outdoor Media in the UK market. Collaborating with the VP of Sales to establish a focused, repeatable revenue engine.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a new-business pipeline, converting opportunities into consistent monthly revenue
Proactively prospect and win new clients across OOH agencies, major media agencies, and brands direct
Pitch Framen to senior agency and client stakeholders, clearly articulating our value proposition
Build tailored media plans aligned to client briefs and objectives.
Negotiate and close deals, typically ranging from £10k–£100k per month
Collaborate closely with the UK VP of Sales on strategy, priorities, and target accounts
Operate within a clearly defined sales framework, supported by CRM, ops, and cross-market collaboration.
Work cross-market with sales teams in other countries on international opportunities
Stay up to date with market trends, agency structures, and competitive activity
Represent Framen externally, building your personal profile and industry presence
Requirements
8+ years experience in advertising sales, ideally within OOH, DOOH, media owner, or ad tech environments
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
Strong, active relationships across UK OOH and Big 6 agencies and/or relevant brand categories
Confidence selling consultatively to senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment
Collaborative by nature; willing to share learnings and support wider team success
Native-level English; additional languages a plus
