About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager driving new advertising revenue for Digital Outdoor Media in the UK market. Collaborating with the VP of Sales to establish a focused, repeatable revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a new-business pipeline, converting opportunities into consistent monthly revenue
  • Proactively prospect and win new clients across OOH agencies, major media agencies, and brands direct
  • Pitch Framen to senior agency and client stakeholders, clearly articulating our value proposition
  • Build tailored media plans aligned to client briefs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, typically ranging from £10k–£100k per month
  • Collaborate closely with the UK VP of Sales on strategy, priorities, and target accounts
  • Operate within a clearly defined sales framework, supported by CRM, ops, and cross-market collaboration.
  • Work cross-market with sales teams in other countries on international opportunities
  • Stay up to date with market trends, agency structures, and competitive activity
  • Represent Framen externally, building your personal profile and industry presence

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in advertising sales, ideally within OOH, DOOH, media owner, or ad tech environments
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
  • Strong, active relationships across UK OOH and Big 6 agencies and/or relevant brand categories
  • Confidence selling consultatively to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment
  • Collaborative by nature; willing to share learnings and support wider team success
  • Native-level English; additional languages a plus
