Responsibilities
Run discovery with customers and partners to understand goals, workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
Design solution approaches using Foxit products, including integrations with customer systems (identity, security, cloud, enterprise apps).
Deliver clear, customer-relevant demos, workshops, webinars, and proof-of-concepts.
Support RFIs/RFPs and technical questions, and help customers evaluate Foxit confidently in English and your major language.
Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and early rollout - bring in Product/Engineering when needed.
Create and maintain reusable demo setups, technical documentation, and best-practice guides.
Spot risks early (security, architecture, feasibility, rollout) and propose mitigation before they slow down a deal.
Support Customer Success and Renewals with technical input for adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal success.
Requirements
English is a must: fluent spoken and written.
Major language is a must: high level to native fluency (C1–C2 / native). French and/or Spanish preferred, German or other major European languages also considered.
Experience in Pre‑Sales / Solutions Engineering / Systems Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role (software or SaaS).
Strong foundation in solution design and secure architectures (cloud/IT infrastructure, integrations, security best practices).
Comfortable working & troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and a practical solution plan.
Confident communicator and presenter, someone who can simplify complex topics for any audience.
