About the role

  • Advising on the implementation of efficient workflows using the Kraftwerk software
  • Optionally conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops or on-site trainings
  • Building documentation and knowledge by creating guides and best practices
  • Acting as an interface to IT and development by reporting recurring technical issues
  • Providing customer service and support for software-related questions (phone, email, remote support) and handling application errors and technical problems

Requirements

  • Basic technical understanding and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
  • Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision)
  • Ideally experience in support, consulting, or data management
  • Completed vocational training or a degree in accounting, financial accounting, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
