About the role

  • Pharma Sales Representative responsible for building client relationships in Bavaria. Engaging medical professionals and driving sales in the growing medical cannabis market.

Responsibilities

  • Independently acquire new customers (hospitals, medical practices)
  • Document customer acquisition activities
  • Represent Four 20 Pharma at trade fairs, professional congresses, and training events
  • Advise medical professionals on medicinal cannabis
  • Develop territory-specific action plans and visit schedules
  • Monitor the market regarding competitors, customer needs, and trends
  • Implement improvements to contact documentation and data import

Requirements

  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with §75 AMG or qualification as a BTA, PTA, MTA, or CTA
  • Degree in a natural science is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German
  • Good English skills advantageous
  • Initial experience in acquisition or liaising with physicians is an advantage
  • IT affinity and confident use of digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
