Responsibilities
Independently acquire new customers (hospitals, medical practices)
Document customer acquisition activities
Represent Four 20 Pharma at trade fairs, professional congresses, and training events
Advise medical professionals on medicinal cannabis
Develop territory-specific action plans and visit schedules
Monitor the market regarding competitors, customer needs, and trends
Implement improvements to contact documentation and data import
Requirements
Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with §75 AMG or qualification as a BTA, PTA, MTA, or CTA
Degree in a natural science is an advantage
Business-fluent German
Good English skills advantageous
Initial experience in acquisition or liaising with physicians is an advantage
IT affinity and confident use of digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
