About the role

  • APAC Transformation Manager coordinating innovation and transformation initiatives across APAC countries. Supporting adoption of solutions and alignment with Group Transformation priorities in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the APAC portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives in line with Group strategy and priorities
  • Drive delivery of regional transformation projects, including governance, prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Support adoption of group-wide tools, systems, and solutions across APAC, including change communication and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with country leadership teams and Group Transformation to ensure consistent implementation and alignment
  • Guide APAC countries through change management processes and promote innovation practices across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, transformation, or related roles
  • Experience in coding or developing new solutions is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of innovation and transformation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Scrum
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
