Responsibilities
Independently plan, execute and optimize revenue-relevant performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Paid Advertising and media planning
Efficient budget management to maximize the impact of our marketing spend
Identify, build and develop new traffic, revenue and subscription channels, as well as innovative platforms and partnerships
Continuous development of our SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and affiliate activities
Analyze and report campaign results to drive targeted performance improvements
Close collaboration with other marketing teams and active use of data-driven insights (e.g., Google Analytics, KPI frameworks)
Requirements
Passion for performance marketing with proven success in driving revenue growth
Native-level German skills, both written and spoken
Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
Experience planning and managing Paid Advertising campaigns
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for numbers, data and reporting
