About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager leading paid advertising campaigns for FORUM VERLAG. Managing budget and analyzing campaign performance with a focus on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, execute and optimize revenue-relevant performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Paid Advertising and media planning
  • Efficient budget management to maximize the impact of our marketing spend
  • Identify, build and develop new traffic, revenue and subscription channels, as well as innovative platforms and partnerships
  • Continuous development of our SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and affiliate activities
  • Analyze and report campaign results to drive targeted performance improvements
  • Close collaboration with other marketing teams and active use of data-driven insights (e.g., Google Analytics, KPI frameworks)

Requirements

  • Passion for performance marketing with proven success in driving revenue growth
  • Native-level German skills, both written and spoken
  • Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
  • Experience planning and managing Paid Advertising campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for numbers, data and reporting
