Responsibilities
Process orders ensuring compliance with the company's defined On-Time Delivery.
Enter orders into the system and keep data up to date.
Inform customers about delivery timeframes and status.
Monitor import orders and send follow-ups with expected receipt dates.
Update cases with import arrival forecasts.
Confirm availability of items in stock.
Provide service via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email.
Participate in internal meetings and support the sales support team.
Complete spreadsheets with order-related metrics.
Requirements
High school diploma.
