About the role

  • Customer Service – Order Entry processing client orders accurately and timely while supporting customer inquiries in a team-oriented environment. Joining a dynamic, collaborative company focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders ensuring compliance with the company's defined On-Time Delivery.
  • Enter orders into the system and keep data up to date.
  • Inform customers about delivery timeframes and status.
  • Monitor import orders and send follow-ups with expected receipt dates.
  • Update cases with import arrival forecasts.
  • Confirm availability of items in stock.
  • Provide service via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email.
  • Participate in internal meetings and support the sales support team.
  • Complete spreadsheets with order-related metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Proven experience in customer service (please specify duration and type of service).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions efficiently.
  • Empathy and a focus on the customer experience.
  • College degree or technical education (in progress or completed).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or customer support platforms.
