Responsibilities
You will develop into the primary point of contact for our existing customers and actively support their ongoing development with abas ERP
You have a quick grasp, understand financial, production and logistics processes, and translate requirements into practical optimization proposals based on abas ERP
You understand the strategic business objectives of your assigned customers and work with them to further develop the abas ERP solution to achieve those objectives
You act as the interface between our customers and internal teams (e.g. Support, Consulting) — solution-oriented, reliable and structured
You support change processes at your customers and help them drive digital transformation with abas ERP
You regularly organize and facilitate customer workshops, review meetings and strategy sessions
You act as the customer’s co-pilot and help them maximize the return on their investment in the abas ERP product
Requirements
Experience as an ERP project manager, solution architect, pre-sales expert or consultant, ideally with abas ERP
Strong communication skills, empathy and a good understanding of the needs of mid-sized (SME) customers
Experience in sales/account management is a valuable addition
Solid knowledge of the manufacturing industry and business process management
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Motivation to pursue further training in our software products
Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills for collaboration with international colleagues
Driver’s license (Class B)
Travel approximately 20% within Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and southern Hesse
