About the role

  • Junior Digital Sales Manager acquiring new business clients for an ERP software company. Engaging with potential customers and presenting solutions to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • You actively contribute ideas for identifying and approaching prospective customers and support our team in winning new business opportunities.
  • You participate in online demos and product presentations, convincingly presenting our solutions.
  • You assist in preparing proposals and contracts and ensure the quotation process runs smoothly.
  • You analyze target groups and industries to identify and strategically exploit new growth opportunities.
  • You work closely with Marketing and our experienced Sales team to help achieve shared success.
  • You maintain customer data in the CRM system diligently and support sales planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial or technical vocational background or a university degree, providing a solid foundation for sales.
  • You are enthusiastic about software, business processes, and digital selling, and are eager to explore new developments.
  • You communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills in German; English skills are a plus.
  • You are willing to learn, eager to discover new things, and ready to take on responsibility.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ideally you have initial experience in sales, customer consulting, or using digital tools, but this is not required.
