About the role
- Project Manager in Ford's Supply Chain managing projects within the newly created PMO. Leading project execution amid global supply chain complexities.
Responsibilities
- Agile Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure, coordinating resources and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree discipline in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional, and matrixed organizations (e.g. PMO, strategy & business operations, management consulting, corporate strategy)
- Proficiency using PowerPoint to create presentations that can be tailored to different audiences
- Proficiency using Excel to create data analysis to inform storytelling (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
- Experience using Project Management tools and software (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or related fields
- Customer-centric mindset / prior experience in product management
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Ariba, SAP, helpful but not required
- Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- PMP training / certification.
