About the role

• Director of Talent Acquisition at Ford Motor Company, leading APAC recruitment. Responsible for strategic direction and operational oversight of talent acquisition processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for recruiting efforts across the region.
• Develop, implement, and analyze all aspects of the talent acquisition process and strategy.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting.
• Lead the development and execution of a targeted regional talent acquisition strategy, introducing best practices tailored to specific countries or business units.
• Set strategic and operational goals for all aspects of talent acquisition aligning with the Global TA CoE on core operations and talent attraction projects.
• Collaborate extensively with the Global TA team to align processes and contribute towards the overall direction of the talent acquisition function.
• Build, develop, lead, mentor, and increase the capabilities and competencies of a high-performing regional Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with significant experience in global recruitment.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing recruiters and projects, with a proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Extensive expertise in talent acquisition best practices, a wide-ranging business acumen, and a thorough understanding of labor market trends and legislative regulations specific to the APAC region.
• Proven track record in a dynamic, global, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
