Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a targeted regional talent acquisition strategy, introducing best practices tailored to specific countries or business units.
Set strategic and operational goals for all aspects of talent acquisition aligning with the Global TA CoE on core operations and talent attraction projects.
Collaborate extensively with the Global TA team to align processes and contribute towards the overall direction of the talent acquisition function.
Build, develop, lead, mentor, and increase the capabilities and competencies of a high-performing regional Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with significant experience in global recruitment.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing recruiters and projects, with a proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
Extensive expertise in talent acquisition best practices, a wide-ranging business acumen, and a thorough understanding of labor market trends and legislative regulations specific to the APAC region.
Proven track record in a dynamic, global, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
