Responsibilities
You ensure the operational handling of inbound and outbound logistics and maintain a smooth flow of goods
You maintain regular communication with freight forwarders, service providers, and our fulfillment partners
You take responsibility for inventory planning and forecasting in close cooperation with the product development and marketing teams
You coordinate interface management and work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, E‑commerce, and Marketing)
You design new processes and optimize existing workflows to increase the efficiency of our supply chain
Requirements
You have at least 2–4 years of professional experience in Operations or Supply Chain, ideally within the food industry
You hold a completed vocational qualification or degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Logistics
You have a hands‑on mentality and enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously
You are highly reliable and work with great attention to detail
You demonstrate proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking, with a strong focus on problem solving
You have strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
You are highly organized and ideally have initial experience in project management
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
