About the role

  • Subscription Operations Executive managing daily operations for print and digital subscriptions at Immediate, a major UK consumer brands publisher. Coordinating closely with various teams to enhance subscription efficiency and service.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations for both print and digital subscriptions, ensuring timely fulfilment and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Print Production, Distribution teams and Customer Services team to align subscriber fulfilment schedules and address delivery issues; work with Finance to reconcile billing and revenue data; coordinate with Customer Marketing for acquisition and retention campaign.
  • Make recommendations to improve subscription processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce complexities, and support scalable growth.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to troubleshoot subscription issues and ensure a seamless customer experience from sign-up to renewal or cancellation.
  • Handle operations linked to month end processes and partner with the Finance team in associated reconciliations.
  • Manage all invoice and purchase order requests that come into the department
  • Regularly report on key subscription KPIs and generate insights to drive operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in subscription operations, preferably in media, publishing, or a recurring revenue business
  • Experience working subscription billing platforms and strong understanding of print and digital subscription workflows
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent data skills including data transformation
  • Experience with ticket management and work management tools
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
