Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting retail commercial activities to assist brokers, advisory firms and customers by performing operational, administrative and commercial tasks nationwide, contributing to the achievement of established targets.
- Support the national retail management through in-person, virtual and telephone service for brokers, advisory firms and customers to ensure proper assistance.
- Perform operational and administrative activities by recording data in specific systems, aiming to minimize risks and errors for the company, standardize tasks, speed up processes and improve productivity.
- Prepare commercial proposals by assessing existing needs in accordance with internal rules and procedures, contributing to the achievement of established targets.
- Release payment slips, verify interest charges, monitor outstanding installments and commissions in accordance with internal rules and procedures, aiming to minimize risks and errors for the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4 days on-site and 1 day remote)
