Responsibilities
Coach your BDMs on qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing techniques

Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience in Telecoms, IT, or technology solutions
Track record of strong conversion
Coaching or mentoring experience in a sales environment (formal or informal)
Understanding of the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature
Strong communicator – you can give constructive feedback and inspire performance
Data-driven mindset – comfortable using metrics to identify problems and track improvement
