About the role

  • Sales Manager for Omexom Stromversorgungsanlagen, ensuring order intake and securing customer relationships in Bavaria. Involves technical consulting and project guidance for low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning Omexom power supply systems as a technically proficient and reliable partner for our customers
  • Ensuring order intake for the division
  • Acquiring new customer relationships, developing strategic new business, and managing and securing our existing customers across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
  • Providing technical consultation, developing solutions and supporting projects throughout their duration according to individual requirements
  • Preparing offers from a technical and contractual perspective
  • Project consulting and support, acting as the interface between customers and our project management
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities and deriving recommendations for the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or qualification as an electrical technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Sales expertise in the field of electrical power supply and, preferably, professional experience in control cabinet/switchgear manufacturing
  • A personality with technical competence, market knowledge, communication skills, customer focus, negotiation ability, persistence, independence and target orientation
  • Fluent German communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong customer focus and persuasiveness
  • Enjoyment in working with people
  • Appetite for challenges
  • Ideally rooted in the Franconia region and willing to commit to our company long-term
