About the role

  • HubSpot CRM Manager at Focus Group optimizing CRM configurations and driving customer insights through sales and marketing. Seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on HubSpot experience.

Responsibilities

  • **What will you do?**
  • **CRM Strategy & architecture**
  • Design HubSpot database structures, custom properties, and workflows that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain CRM roadmaps in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all HubSpot systems
  • **Implementation & configuration**
  • Build custom workflows, automations, and integrations using HubSpot's native tools
  • Configure contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects to reflect business processes
  • Set up and manage portal access, permissions, and user roles
  • Manage lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and automation set up
  • **Integration & technical development**
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow across systems
  • Document technical solutions and maintain integration documentation
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on HubSpot functionality, integration processes, and best practices
  • **Reporting & analytics**
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable business intelligence for sales and marketing teams
  • Build custom properties and calculations to support KPI tracking
  • Optimise data accuracy to ensure reporting reliability
  • **User Support & training**
  • Provide technical support to CRM users across the organisation
  • Conduct training sessions on new features and processes
  • Document processes and create user guides
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify system improvements
  • **Continuous improvement**
  • Monitor CRM performance and recommend optimisations
  • Stay current with HubSpot platform updates and new features
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user adoption
  • Conduct regular database audits and data quality reviews

Requirements

  • **What you’ll need**
  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (administrator or developer role)
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and sales/marketing workflows
  • Proficiency with HubSpot custom objects, workflows, and automation
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs and third-party integrations
  • HubSpot Certification (admin, developer, or solutions architect)
  • Solid understanding of data structures, relationships, and database design
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear communication abilities - able to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • **Nice to have**
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot
  • Background in sales operations or revenue operations
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in SaaS, tech services, or B2B environments
