About the role
- Associate Trading Operations Executive part of the dynamic Trading Operations Team supporting UKI products. Ensuring smooth functioning of Sportsbook and Exchange products while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- As a an Associate Exec in the Trading Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading.
- You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for our 3 UKI brands, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture with the opportunity to work across product verticals and gain exposure to all Flutter’s key products.
- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
- The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity and Premium, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Form part of a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
