Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge in pharmacology, clinical therapies, and health regulations;
- Previous experience in similar roles, such as customer service in healthcare settings, clinical research, or medical information;
- Strong proficiency in English for reading, writing, and interpreting English texts, with the ability to translate complex scientific materials;
- Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese and English, and verbal communication in Portuguese;
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably to different audiences;
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information;
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues;
- Basic computer skills, including the use of client-specific software and platforms for information management, research databases, and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
- Postgraduate studies in related areas such as clinical pharmacology, public health, or healthcare management are desirable.
