About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across all areas;
- Based on analyses and identified opportunities, propose improvements to correct problems or enhance processes and provide feedback to operations and the client;
- Ensure 100% of new processes are validated and adapted into operational language;
- Define the objective to be achieved and establish the Communication and Adherence plan for employees together with Team Leaders;
- Maintain a continuous cycle: after implementing a process, return to the first step to evaluate the next one;
- Evaluate results per employee by comparing outcomes against established objectives and adjust the course with the direct leader.
Requirements
- Position exclusive to specialists who support the LENOVO product;
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred;
- Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months;
- Time in role: as per NI-002 policy;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
