About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation and optimisation of digital channels
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to support CMS maintenance
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement across digital touchpoints
- Support the ongoing development of the digital communications roadmap
- Support data-driven decision making by analysing user behaviour
- Build and maintain dashboards to track digital communications performance
- Support the delivery of digital initiatives and transformation projects
- Maintain clear and structured documentation across digital platforms
- Creation of user guides, best-practice documentation and platform standards
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members
Requirements
- Highly organised and analytical
- Experience working across internal and digital communications channels and platforms within a complex organisation
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web technologies
- Understanding of content modelling, publishing workflows and environment management
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of user-centred design principles
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams
- Advanced skills in Confluence, Jira or similar software
- High-level understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Working understanding of cyber security fundamentals
- Demonstrable curiosity and passion for AI and emerging digital technologies
